QualiLife and the Social Action Department RAI - Turin (26 January 2006)

In preparation for the Turin Paralympics 2006, the Social Action Department of RAI, the Italian National television, has implemented a computer-room for physically disabled users in their Turin offices, guaranteeing full accessibility to all the IT technologies.

In particular, a few workstations have been fully equipped with solutions which are able to allow physically disabled and sight impaired people to use the computer. For one of these workstations, the Social Action Department of RAI has selected the whole range of accessibility products developed by QualiLife®.

QualiLife in the French Rehabilitation Center LSC (16 December 2005)

The French Hospital Lay-St-Christophe (Nancy), important rehabilitation center for severely disabled, has selected QualiLife's solutions for its patients.  In particular, the QualiWORLD platform has been installed in some of the the hospital rooms, combined with a state-of-the-art Media Center computer.

QualiWORLD will allow the users to have full control over their own environment as well as all communication and entertainment programs offered by the software, directly from their personal computer and in full independency.

The collaboration between QualiLife and the hospital started some years ago, with great satisfaction of both staff and patients. Since then, all QualiLife's products are available for patients in the Occupational Therapist Department of the hospital, and are part of the rehabilitation program.
